1. WINNINGS TO ATTEND OFFSHORE LIVE AND ONLINE TOURNAMENTS

You may win a ticket to participate in offshore live and online tournaments organized by offshore entities. You shall be bound by the terms and conditions of participation of such offshore entities, as applicable. The winnings will not be received in your User Account. You are solely liable to discharge your tax obligations in relation to the winnings, if any.

2. AFFILIATES

"Affiliate" shall mean an entity, which is registered with DIGITAL YOUNG ENGINEER PRIVATE LIMITED as an affiliate (after following due process), which will place stakes for the Principal User on the Platform. The Affiliate shall hold "Affiliate Account" with DIGITAL YOUNG ENGINEER PRIVATE LIMITED. 

"Affiliate Users" shall mean users who signs up on the Platform after following due process and opts to be linked to the account of the Affiliate and place stakes through the Affiliate. You cannot be a User and Affiliate User at the same time on the Platform. When you sign up as a User, your Affiliate User account shall automatically cease to operate.  

Affiliate User shall not hold any funds in its User Account and all winnings will be held in the Affiliate Account. DIGITAL YOUNG ENGINEER PRIVATE LIMITED holds no responsibility towards Affiliate User for paying the winnings.

All terms and conditions applicable to a User/you, under this Agreement shall mutatis mutandis shall apply to the Affiliate and Affiliate User, with variations as stated in this Clause.

3. RIGHT TO WITHDRAW

3.1.Some online application stores provide the option to withdraw from any purchase made on such application store without giving any reason. Such refund policy may be published among the respective app store's terms of use. If you applied to an application store and received a refund for purchases made within our Games, we reserve the right to:

a)withdraw from your User account the virtual currency, purchased for the refunded amount, or the items, such virtual currency was spent on, or the purchased and refunded items;

b)to suspend your User account/Game access/Game functionality in case such refunds happen regularly and/or for fraudulent purposes, and/or if virtual currency balance becomes negative.

3.2. You have the right to withdraw from any purchase made from us within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day when the purchase in question is made.

3.3. To meet the withdrawal deadline, you should contact us before the withdrawal period has expired.

3.4. In the event that the statutory right of withdrawal is effectively exercised, we shall provide you a refund, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw. Rummy shall use the same means of payment, through which we have received respective transaction. If the latter is unachievable for any reason, upon written instructions of payment beneficiary, the reimbursement shall be made by means of a wire transfer to designated account.

Once the amount has been credited to your wallet, we do not offer refunds. If the amount is not credited for whatever reason, please contact us and we will check internally and resolve the case. In case we haven’t received the money, then request you to kindly reach out to your bank for refunding the amount.
